A voice stilled, but never forgotten...

I have been reading the numerous threads about Khephra, both last night and this morning, trying to think of some meaningful way to express my sorrow at his passing so suddenly, and at such a young age. When he should be enjoying the best years of his life, he is gone. I never knew him except for my brief interactions with him on this board, but always looked forward to his postings in LBN with great anticipation. I finally realized that I had the same response many years ago, upon the passing of another man with whom I never had personal interaction, but had enjoyed his work for many years. Thus, I suggest to anyone who can post pics here, to look up the cartoon that was printed shortly after the death of Mel Blanc. It showed the characters (Sylvester, Bugs Bunny, Tweety, Yosemite Sam, and others), standing around his grave, with the speech bubbles empty. While Kheph's voice is stilled, it will never be forgotten here.

But it really hurts. Scott WAS DU, and he was also a great friend. Yesterday evening for no reason he popped into my mind. Wonder if that was some sort of synchronicity?
