6. Nothing fancy really.
Chop up my skinless boneless chicken breasts, season them with a mix I bought at a co-op and cook them. Then put thte tortilla in a skillet, add chicken and cheese and voila! Chicken quesadillas. And Pace's medium chunky salsa. :9

I have this bad habit of NEVER clearing out my PM box and I was going through it FINALLY to delete some old ones and came across a few PMs from you from right after that one time we met! I was wondering where in hell you might be and you post today! :)

14. i am fine thanks!!
kind of in anti-climactic limbo after november 2nd and trying to figure out where to channel my time and efforts! I am doing great though. Make sure you post more often or keep in touch. Seems like I am always ending up in DC for some reason or other, although I doubt I am going to make it to the anti-inaugeration on the 20th! oh well. :shrug:

anyways, don't be a stranger on here and good luck with this upcoming semester! :hug:

4. I made some last night
Cooked them on the grill outside during an ice storm. However, it was well worth it.

Sounds yummy. Last time I made them, I used monterey jack & feta cheeses & added some sauteed mushrooms in with the chicken. Good stuff.
