Rush's punishment: 50 yard line at an Eagles game
Thanks Gallery God for pointing out a great punishment for Rush Limbaugh's assine comment about McNabb: "I don't think he's been that good from the get-go. I think what we've had here is a little social concern in the NFL," Limbaugh said. "The media has been very desirous that a black quarterback do well. They're interested in black coaches and black quarterbacks doing well; I think there's a little hope invested in McNabb, and he got a lot of credit for the performance of his team, that he really didn't deserve."

I think Rush needs to go to Linc Field and confront the Philly fans with his comments. Sure, we no longer have the 700 Level (probably some of the most obnoxious fans in the world), but that 700 Level mentality has travelled to the Linc Field. Our fans boo their own team, boo the opposition, heck they booed Santa Claus one time. And god forbid you try going to an Eagles game with a jersey from the opposition (especially Cowboys, Giants or Skins) it could be a war zone in there. Eagle fans are so obnoxious that they have a real court with a judge in the basement of the Stadium where obnoxious offenders stand trial for their bad behavior.

I say we force Rush to stand at the 50 yard line with a pack of rabid Eagles fan and let Rush state his comment again. By the time Rush is done with the first half of the comment he'll be toast.

8. Yes, let's just ignore racist comments.
If we had only ignored such comments throughout history, civil rights would be leap years ahead of where there are now.

3. Just goes to show
Rush made his comment then somebody here put up some stats that said McNabb was among the top rated QBs in the league. No. 2 I think.

I like your idea for Rush.

He did great in week 4, he was in a slump, qb's go through those all the time.

5. Rush seriously pissed me off with that comment
He does not know what the hell he is talking about and Tom Jackson set him straight.

7. maybe Rush will get canned
I hope so, I bet Rush and Dubya know as much about football and baseball respectively as they do politics.
