1. The site is overloaded
My husband works for Apple and just called to tell me, they swear them to secrecy so i don't find out about new products until the general public does, it drives my crazy.

Wanted a Mac but didn't have the $$... I already have a monitor so the Mac Mini is all I need. Sweeeet.

8. it will not be G5 for a Looooong time
heat issues and G4 is the appropriate processor for the mini price and target audience

Apple can squeeze plenty out of the G4

besides if you really want a G5 mini if it eventually comes out, for $500 you can probably afford to upgrade
