What is WRONG with the Bears?

They are AWFUL! I heard the following quip this a.m.: "They spent 600 million to renovate Soldier Field, but NOTHING on the team."

Do you think the Halas family (Mike McCaskey) needs to get out of the business? Or just do a better job with the personnel? Bears fans and other NFL watchers please check in.
