A lot of times, vision impaired people need to get a ride to use a bank ATM - from a friend or in a cab, perhaps. Ever tried to use a bank ATM while on foot? Many times, the "drive-thru" ones are the only ones that work. Even harder when vision impaired. And if you want to avoid high service fees, you're pretty much resigned to using a bank ATM instead of one in a supermarket!
