Got my semester grades back! I'm happy to say that I got very good grades this semester, compared to last semester. I actually thought I was going to fail one class, because of this final exam I took. I thought I'd bombed my class based on that exam for the past two weeks. I checked my grades today, and it looks like I aced that class! I'm still surprised at that grade, and I hope it's not a mistake. I've checked my grades online three times to make sure they haven't changed, and they're still the same, which is good news for me.

Gawd, I remember my College Algebra class - I was sinking rapidly (okay, I had sunk), my grade was a low "D" going into the final exam, and I needed to earn a "C" in the course in order for it to fulfill my math requirement. After four group tutoring sessions and some creative guessing I managed to ace the final exam and get out of the class with a B.

Today I could do only the most basic algebra equations. The rest is lost to me. But at least I didn't have to retake the class.
