7. Something just like this happened to me once.

I was eating lunch with two co-workers when one mentioned that his brother-in-law is a lawyer. Then the other co-worker says "Oh? What Kind?" Co-worker #1 then says "He's a criminal lawyer". I jumped in and said "Aren't they all?" While we were chuckling I happened to look to my left where I noticed for the first time three middle-aged three-piece-suit types all glaring in my direction. The look they all were giving me would have stopped a freight train. Although they said nothing I assumed they were lawyers and were offended by my little joke. I turned back around and continued my meal. Ever since I've always put that little episode in the "chalk one up for the good guys" column.
