not a fan, dunno what it is but they've just never appealed to me. Having said that, I think "Rattled by the Rush" is one of the 10 best songs ever made. :D

everything changed the first time I heard REM.


everything really changed for me when I heard Pavement, I loved their live shows, watching them bring their own equip on stage, Gary at the front door passing our bananas or heads of lettuce, a real hoot.

of those bands, ones you fully grasp the cultural significance of, might even recognise the brilliance in, but still they just kinda make you go..."No sir, I don't like it!" C'mon, 'fess up....;)

Radiohead. I despise Radiohead. I don't get it, I fail to see the brilliance, no, that's not it, I do see the billiance, it just doesn't do anything for me.

4. I love Gold Soundz

Kinda lost track of them after Woee Zoee (sp), but loved the first several releases. Gold Soundz has such remarkable atmosphere for a little pop song.
