Even as a kid cranberry juice (With lots of ice) was a favorite of mine.

So who else likes cranberry juice? I can't be the only one that's drinking it simply because I like it and not because it's good for the uninary tract...Can I?

They hzve a 100% unsweetened cranberry juice. It's very, very tart. I usually mix 1/3 unsweetened cherry juice with 2/3 unsweetened cranberry juice (it's still pretty damn tart).

4. Iced green tea for me

I'm addicted to it! I got a Hamilton Beach Iced Tea Maker from Amazon.com (only $20!). It's basically a hot water heater combined with a filter pitcher, but I think it's brilliant. I down about a pitcher of iced green tea a day. :hippie:

As for band, I have to recomment Altiva for green tea and Nativa for yerba mate. Those are the easy-to-find teas, though. There's this one amazing brand north shore or northern... north something tea company that has tea that comes in a big bag (with the teabags in it), and it's just absolutely amazing. They have this oolong called Ti Kuan Yin... it's awesome.

I've tried the white variety, but I still think it tastes more like white grape juice ...

I like cranberry juice heated up, with a bit of cinnamon or allspice sprinkled on top.

is Persian pomegranate syrup. (It's less bitter than the Lebanese type, and thicker/richer than grenadine syrup.) It contains a heck of a lot of iron ... the nurses at the blood donor clinic are always impressed by my hemoglobin levels, and this is one of the reasons why!

It cleans the PCP right out of your system. In Berlin we caught a guy doing PCP and ran a little experiment with his permission. We pissed him. He was hot on our mass spectrometer. Then we gave him a gallon of cranberry juice, which he drank half of, and pissed him again. Clean.

So if you've been smokin' Shermans and you suddenly find out you have a piss test tomorrow, start drinking cranberry juice heavily.

I like cranberry juice too, and I have no interest in doing PCP.
