8. Kef passed away.

He had what looks like a pulmonary embolism.

I guess there's no good way to break bad news online.

Rick Myers has been the most in touch with his mom, best as I can tell, who has visited DU under his name.

12. Kef's mom is using his ID for a bit

but when I was at the house last night their ISP was down.
