In effect, what happened is that you did the "ooh you make me so mad" thing, and then HE did the same thing. So I guess you are right that it made a difference. I don't dig DUers bringing their private issues with other DUers into the forums, especially.

I do agree with him, though, about stripping.

If you sent the e-mail to Sniffa (which it seems like you might have) then I am not quite sure I want any cheerleading from you.



Sniffa made some very good points. When I worked at Denny's in college, a lot of the waitresses there were supplementing their incomes by stripping. I wouldn't do it. It's not my thing. Does it objectify women? Absolutely. Does it take advantage of many men's base nature? You betcha. When it comes to the sex industry, we're all being had. But Sniffa's point was that it's cruel to judge people by their profession. I stand by that too.
