2. It wouldn't surprise me

if they claimed it was a terrorist network or some crap like that, and shut it down. They'd need another 9/11 type attack but it's entirely within the scope of feasibility.

3. I imagine it will happen when they hear DU mentioned

in some "chatter". They'll shut it down "until intelligence is further investigated", but it'll never be put back up.
