When did Aikman get on the first team for Fox Sports?

I haven't been watching football for the past few years. I think I may have missed something.

1. He's been moving up. He also has columns in Sporting News.

Troy works his butt off to get better at everything he does. He has been getting better at analysis every month.

One of my favorite Aikman stories: He took a typing class in high school, figuring he needed the skills for college. He was the only guy in the class and took a lot of heat. He ended up becoming the state typing champion. I admire hard work and Troy is all about that.

2. Aikman is one of the best

Best football announcer is still Wayne Larravee, but I respect Aikman. Matt Millen was good too when he did it.

3. I agree that he has gotten better

I didn't think he was very good when he first started, but he gets better each year.
