He used to be a professional footballer (soccer), and then a B.B.C. sports comentator until suddenly he announced to the world that he is the Son of God.

He runs around exposing conspiracy theories, all of which fit unto his grand theory. Basically the world is controlled by 'reptilians' these are some form of aliens which inhabit human bodies. The Queen (along with all of the Royal Family), George Dubya, and most other world leaders are either these reptilians or are controlled by them.
