...actually, if the games sucked, I wouldn't watch. Sexiness only goes so far. The behind the scenes show before the game was fun - they're a bunch of goofs. :D

It was really a crappy way to begin a world cup though, with the WUSA deciding to close... I don't know what I'm going to do. Seeing those games on TV meant so much to me. When the world cup is over... it's back to watching the MLS stuff. :(

...it might be different and/or smaller, but I think there's a market for it.

They really made a bad decision in the beginning by going with CNN/SI for their TV deal. When CNN/SI went outta business, they were pretty much stuck. I'm hopeful that ESPN will decide to air their games. It's to be seen how the ratings are for the WWC. I think it's really good that some of the younger women are making their mark - so there is "life after Mia and Brandi".

I really thought it was odd they broadcast so many games on PAX. Hardly anybody tunes into PAX, do they?

14. PAX was about all they could get on relatively short notice.

It sucked - I'm glad I paid attention, or I'd have never known where the games were. ESPN2 had the all-star game and the finals.

Edit - Boxx has been awesome. Aly Wagner, not so awesome, although I think she's trying to do too much. (She's a cutie, too!)

That is definitely true, I tried to catch as many as I could. Couldn't get out for a live game this season though, I feel bad about it.

I had to travel to Long Island for one (4 hours, 5 hours)... NY Power vs. Washington Freedom, then another one I went to was at Foxboro in Massachusetts (about the same drive) which was the Boston Breakers vs. the Freedom.
