Litchfield Celebrates Frozen Lake Festival

Litchfield, Minn. (AP) It's too cold for an ice fishing contest at the inaugural Frozen Lake Festival in Litchfield.

Organizers canceled the event, but the snowmobile radar and snowmobile drag races on Lake Ripley are still on as scheduled.

Indeed it did...I think maybe they were afraid that the ice fishers would freeze TO the Ice.

3. Thats about 30 miles south of where I live.
I cannot believe these folks have demeaned the strength and will of all Minnesotans. Wimps!
