2. I have to go to work

I'll make lunch soon, grab a shower and do a 3-11pm shift at work. no holiday here. The company stopped recognizing MLK day a holiday a few years ago. We don't get good friday either. We have 4 floaters a year we can use where ever we want ..AS LONG AS not too many people at one time want it off.

7. Being bored has nothing to do with my lunchtime-but

since I spent yesterday making enchaladas, then dividing them-4 each - one with mole and Mexican cheese for my hubby, and one with Mole and yello cheese-Tex-Mex style for me, I am doing nothing for lunch except throwing a couple smoked pork chops in the pan,and eating the left over Mexican rice from last night. To hell with the calories and fats.

Poor kid just turned three, and has lost one of his top front teeth. When I called the dentist today, she wanted to see him ASAP.
