nailed her for getting rid of a bipartisan unanimous congressional agreement to make the US follow it's constitution and treaties in relation to torturing and treatment of prisoners.

I love how Barbara has used the word "disappointing" a number of times. That's such a loaded word! A real beautiful word to use.
