OK people lets speculate here, what do you think will be the party platforms for the major parties in the next 100 years?

My Take on this.

Democratic Party:

Full recognition of Artificial Intelligent machines as citizens with equal rights.

Opening of borders to non-humans (aliens) with full rights as humans.

Legalizing marriages of non-humans, artificial and otherwise, with humans and themselves.

For signing a treaty forming the United Planets of Sol to replace the United Nations.

Life extension treatments for all citizens who require it, availuable through government.

Republican Party:

Against all that, status quo.

So what would you add to this or change on this list?

1. Yuo are nice

The GOP will push for getting rid of all advances
and returnign the nation to a golden age of separate
but equal

2. You 'misunderestimate' the republicans and their ability to agendize!

Republican Party:

Offer additional tax cuts to heads of interstellar corporations, to "stimulate job growth on Earth" while promoting free-trade treaties which require outsourcing "human interest overhead" to sweatshops on Venus and Mercury.

Mandatory addiction of all citizens to one or more of the major pharmaceutical companies' main prescription drugs: "the choice is yours, but you must choose!"

Because AI systems are not created in the image of God, they are abominations; push for a "defense of sentience" ammendment to the constitution.

Declare a "war on asteroids", after the tragic mishap at Lunarcolony Alpha-Pi. "It was a terrorist attack, of that we have no doubt," said House minority leader Helmut Quiznot at a recent press conference. "Who else could have dropped an asteroid on us, are you saying it was an act of God?"

Pass a law limiting liability to previous owners and shareholders concerning toxic fallout from defective fission-powered satellites.
