What's up with Condi's hair?

Yes, I know it is superficial to notice people's grooming failures. I am what I am, if you know what I mean.

So, why hasn't anyone told Condi that her hair style wasn't in style when it was in style, which was 1975. Is this some sort of strange plan to make people feel sorry for her?
