8. What I fail to understand is why this woman is going to be confirmed

She has lied to the American people, and has been called on it, both by the 9/11 Commission and, today, most notably by Senators Barbara Boxer and John Kerry. Why is she a shoe-in? She ignored memos which predicted 9/11! She should have been fired back in 2001! She was responsible for national security and she totally f***ed up! Has this entire country gone insane?:crazy:
