somehow the company lost the right to exclusive use of their Uggs brand name (so I was told) and now the Chineses are selling so-called Uggs. Check them out on Ebay, where the real one go for about $150 -$600 depending on what they are, and Chinese ones are $49.95 last time I looked, with a $50.00 shipping fee. They ship from China directly, and no, I'm absolutely not going to buy them for my 13-year-old, no matter who is wearing them...oops I let myself go.
