Can anyone tell me the difference between "Record of the Year" and "Album of the Year" please? I thought that maybe "record" implied a particular song, but then there's "Song of the Year" so that just ain't it.
I think a Britney Spears nomination is mandatory in the Bylaws. It's just the only way.
