I am a Realtor, I was showing a house one day and my client (who has ALS and can't speak well) suddenly set down her cane and acted like she was sticking her finger down her throat. I gave her a sort of puzzled look, at which time she pointed at a photo very similar to this one on the kitchen wall. I've been giggling like a kid about it ever since.
