That picture is a screen cap from an interview. She was probably in the middle of expressing som emotion and her eyes and brow and in the process of reachign their desired place. I would look bad in the middle of a smile, but once I got there I think I would look good (or at least as good as I can). Anyway, I think both Jolie and Sherridan are very beautiful women.
