I made my acquaintance with Meticulous years ago on AOL message boards and on various topics, and there was a group of us, friend and foe alike, that ended up following each other from one topic to another endlessly FOR YEARS. The humor and irony is there to see for Meticulous and I will not elaborate.

When I left AOL at the beginning of the year we had been long participating in a Democratic Issues message board and the buildup to the war was in full swing. Meticulous is one of the ten-per centers that has always seen through the bullshit offered up as fact by bush and the media and the travesty of a stolen election.

Yes it can be a jungle at first.

This link goes directly to the discussion page. On the left you can see the different forums and the descriptions for each one. Just a fair warning - General Discussion can get pretty hot so wear a thick skin when you venture into that territory. But - what am I saying - it's not worse than the non-moderated ACLU boards on AOL that allow personal attacks and every vulgarity and perversion known to mankind!

The Lounge is a good place to just kick back and relax on any topic. Good place to get to know other members.
