No, seriously. It's an illness.
Anyone else the same? How do you cope?

5. Eventually you learn how to do 8 hours of work in 20 minutes so |
|
you can post/read DU for the other 7 hours 40 minutes. Give it time you'll learn how!
Here's a pointer; Stay late or come in early a day or two and prep a bunch of work to 90% complete then spread that out over the rest of the workweek.

Or actually, DU longer hours and then work weekends to make up for the actual week.

Right after your supervisor warns you about it. It was surprisingly easy to stop posting during work after that.

It wasn't even a warning, really, just a few words... but enough to make me MUCH more conscious of my internet time. Now I take two non-smoking breaks and surf during lunch, or after work hours...

My boss is elsewhere. When insomina strikes at 3 am I do my paperwork, if nobody's posting. :)
