I don't know if it's "real" anorexia - it's not often a disease that affects women her age, but it is possible.

I think it's more likely she's just part of the whole Hollywood obsession with thinness. It's not new: Nancy Reagan, Betsy Bloomingdale, the "social x-rays" as they were called, I think, by Truman Capote.

It's made a come-back recently - Flockhart, Courtney Cox, and tons (or ounces) of others.

personally, I don't see it as attractive in the slightest. I can't imagine what they look like naked - do straight men really like skin and bones? I can see wanting slim, in-shape women, but skeletal?
