6. where are you trying to paste it after you do the ctrl-print screen?

You can't post it directly here, you need to save it using an graphics editor of some kind.

I don't even see a poll on the AOL news site right now.

it won't let me even attempt ot copy it. I saved the web page to a folder, but I can't do anything with it.
