Usually, the people I don't agree with wind up tombstoned.

Edited to add: if someone's opinion annoys me, I try to ignore them, or respond neutrally. There are some I've seethed inside about, but it is a delight to find they've pissed off someone else besides me!

I only have one person on ignore, because she says the same damn thing in every post and it got on my nerves. I try not to overdo ignore, I like a good debate and I can overlook some foolishness.
