Not that he's innocent but that there's no way they charge someone with drug possession without actually being caught possessing. Normally the DA goes after the dealer in these types of cases from what I've read.

I was charged by a grand jury to possesion w/o possesing anything, based on the testimony of 2 other people. They can charge you with almost anything as long as a few people will say you do it.
