Jim Hightower's Rolling Thunder Down Home Democracy Tour will be at Penn Valley Park Saturday Oct 18th. The flyer says that one of the speakers will be our own Will Pitt.

I'm excited...I've always wanted to go to one of these and be inspired.

I'm going to go look at the site, but I'm afraid that a door charge would put it out of reach.

Will Pitt is a great speaker--really knows his shit and can work a crowd well. Go see him! And bring some DU-gear (t-shirts, hats, signs) so that you can meet up with other DUers (and possibly recruit some new people to our group!)
