Who's dumber: Jessica Simpson or George W. Bush?

Jessica Simpson doesn't know if Chicken of the Sea is tuna or chicken (while she's eating it) and doesn't eat buffalo wings because she doesn't eat buffalo.

George W. Bush falls off a Segway, which is supposed to be next to impossible to do, and says "free nations don't develop weapons of mass destruction," apparently unaware that he's the leader of an ostensibly free nation that has more weapons of mass destruction than any other country on the planet.

So, who's dumber?

Why does everyone have to make fun of Jessica though? She's led a sheltered life, and it's not her fault that she doesn't know that buffalo wings are chicken wings. :shrug:

9. Hey, that whole Chicken of the Sea thing

IS confusing!! Haven't you ever been shopping in the canned food aisle and stood there staring at the cans of chicken and tuna and they both look alike....and one says "chicken of the sea" but all you see is the word "chicken??" I have even bought the wrong one before! Take a look next time you're in the grocery store.
