The Dean TV webpage is not user friendly

I went through the steps to download the program and it has taken 2 hours. I have a broadband connection, so there is no excuse for this. The page has said "Downloading! Be patient!" for 2 hours now.

...or you had an aborted attempt that's resulted in the first part of the activeX control being foobed. Write Waveexpress with your criticism, they should javascript the error caching on it out a little better, but It's pretty difficult. The installation should take no more than 10 minutes on broadband...
