So there was this guy that owned three houses on my block and he was using them to grow and store pot. I have the most hippyish stoner-rific neighborhood ever. Anyway so the government busted him somehow and they took his houses. I felt kind of bad for him although I never really met him. This was a while ago and apparently one of the houses hasn't gotten sold yet or something because I was rummaging through the central appraisal district website for my neighborhood -- we're trying to organize a historic conservation district and I need to figure out who all the owners vs. renters are, it's a big chore. Anyway, so right there, big as life, on this house, is: OWNER: UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Ok, that's probably a boring and pointless story but it's not something you see every day. :silly:
