Advice needed
I frequent a Law & Order board at A&E. There is a freeper there who continually puts down me, my faith, and anything I bring up. Yesterday, I mentioned only that I felt that Ahnold wasn't a nice person, and I didn't understand how anyone could want him as a role model. He told me that Arnold never harrassed any women (implying that the women who came forward were liars), and that "people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones", a remark that I can't understand, as I was chaste until marriage, have remained true to my husband, don't smoke, drink, do drugs, or gamble. I want to keep posting there, as most of the people are nice, but this creep is getting me down. Any suggestions of what I can tell him the next time he nastily responds to one of my posts?

1. Just ignore him
Trolls thrive on attention (so ignore him), but if he gets personally abusive, hit the 'alert' button and notify a moderator---they'll tombstone him. :)

:hi:

2. Ignore him.
Sometimes, these sites have ignore options that automatically delete all his responses on your screen.
But if not just don't pay any attention to him. He sounds like a fool.

4. The remark about glass houses
is probably a veiled reference to Clinton. Personally, there relatively little chance that you can use logic or reason to debate with this man...what I usually do is flip them off verbally.
"You have obviously mistaken me for someone that gives a flying _____
for your opinion."

5. According to Alex Witt of MSNBC,
The victims of Arnold's attacks are to blame. She was reading one of the accounts from a woman who came out against Arnold and apparently the attack happened in a locker or trailer. Alex Witt said, "Well speaking as a woman, I don't think I would have been in his locker for this to happen, but that's just me." So, tell you friend to check out MSNBC, he'll be in good company with other idiots.

7. I always love the "woman caused the rape" excuse
I have a relative who is mentally and physically handicapped, and was raped. The cops did nothing because they said, "oh, she asked for it". Yeah. Like she could have.

6. You probably need to toughen up a bit
If you are to engage the right-wingers. Some of them can be mean spirited and even cruel and you must face that fact.
Don’t go easy on them just because you are a nice person, but try your best to inject some humor into it.
In other words be assertive, they hate that in a woman.

8. Clinton
Why is Clinton's behavior "objectionable" but Arnoldn's "isn't"?
