It hasn't been too long since the inauguration to send Bush a present.
What would you send in the way of a tangible thing? No sense, intelligence, compassion, or any of the other things we know he really needs. And wouldn't you love to know what the White House actually receives in the course of a year. I bet the White House Rose Garden is well fertilized!

4. There were two of them.
The first one started in France. I've lost the link. Later, there was another website in English (different group).
