Everybody Loves Patricia Heaton at ABC

LOS ANGELES (REUTERS/Hollywood Reporter) - As she closed a big chapter of her career with the taping of the final episode of CBS' hit comedy "Everybody Loves Raymond" over the weekend, actress Patricia Heaton is moving to ABC under a seven-figure development deal.

Under the pact, which will run more than a year, the two-time Emmy-winner would star in series and longform projects for the network and its studio, Touchstone TV, on which she will serve as co-executive producer. Through Four Boys Films, her production company with husband David Hunt, she also will develop and executive produce TV movies and series.
