One month later and I'm still on my New Year's Diet!!!
10 pounds down, 25 pounds to go!

There's nothing magical about it either.

It's just been a matter of cutting junk food, fast food, and soda out of my diet, and working out for 30 minutes five times a week.

2. Are you drinking a lot of water too?
I cut out everything with sugar in it.

Drinking lots of water.

I turn 50 in April, and I want to be under 200lbs.

I'm 6'5, and down from 260 to 230 in about 4 months.

I walk every chance I can, take the stairs at work, and park as far as I can from where my office is and hike in.

It's working!

3. 8 glasses a day!!!
It makes me have to piss like a race horse, but it really does help my stomach feel full in between meals.

I've been losing weight little by little for about a year and a half now.

go us! :toast: :bounce:

trying to stay motivated to exercise is the hardest part.

15 down, well...a lot...to go. Let's just say I won't even be out of the clinically obese category for another 5 pounds.

I'm doing it by counting EVERYTHING. Not really making anything off-limits except non-diet soda, but just counting stuff makes you very aware of how bad some foods are and how very easy it is to take in more than you burn.
