I confess: I'm going to buy a laptop tax free in Oregon |
Bless me DU, for I have sinned. It has been three weeks since my last confession.
Even though I believe in taxes and doing my fair share, I am going to drive over to Oregon to buy my laptop tax free.

3. That's one of the things I miss about Oregon, but |
then, they need to find a better funding source for the schools.

6. Oregon doesn't fund their schools at all |
I graduated just before the shit hit the fan; my senior level math class had 50 kids in it. 50. I felt bad for the teachers. And then they started cutting the AP science classes.. Oregon voters, outside of the Willamette Valley, are pretty selfish voters that won't fund schools or health care.

9. I make many major purchases online to avoid sales tax |
I have always lived in states with sales taxes over 7%. The sales tax is regressive and unfair. It should never be more than 1 or 2 percent in any state, and never on necessities. I pay state and federal income taxes faithfully.
