Why are my co-workers such crybabies?

All they do is complain and try to cover their asses. Any little thing has to be in writing, and they discuss the most inane job aspects ad nauseam

I wish they would all just mellow out, it really messes up my fresh groove when I have to hear them crying like sissies all day.
