How do I get a screenshot of a quicktime video?

I should maybe be asking this in one of the groups, but I'm on my way out after trying for about half an hour to accomplish this very simple task!

I tried doing the print system/sysrq thing and pasting it....didn't work. Tried some other stuff tooo...

I guess the question is, how do I make a picture out of a frame of a quicktime video? Can I?

Like I said, I'm on my way out, later than I thought I was... but if anyone wants to help a very irritated girl out, it would be much appreciated!

1. Here's how I do screen shots

Ctrl + PrtScrn

Then paste into Adobe Photoshop.

2. Here's how on a Mac should be the same in windows

Open movie in quicktime application. Pause on frame. Edit copy
Open image application. Paste.
