1. Smiling

Nothing touches people like smiling at them. Added plus, it makes you feel good. BIG smile to you, we all get incensed from time to time. Shine it on and welcome.

opening up verbally, temporarily at least.

3. I write. It's how I share most all my emotions

even the ones that defy description.

I also enjoy personal contact, holding hands, sharing a hug.

I bounce a lot when I'm happy. And I absolutely have to share it with a friend.

Or sometimes I just curl up with my cats in a form of happiness that much more like 'contentment.'
