Photo of John Kerry really, really, really enjoying tonight's SOTU

http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/050203/photos_ts/mdf845839

"U.S. Senator John Kerry (D-MA) listens along with Senator Byron Dorgan (D-ND) (R) and Senator Charles Schumer (D-NY) at President Bush's State of the Union address at the U.S. Capitol in Washington, February 2, 2005. (Jim Bourg/Reuters)"

...I personally hope that Senator Kerry STAYS annoyed, agitated, pissed off, whatever...I hope that for the next four years, he (as well as Barbara Boxer) are the unrelenting thorns in the side of the Bush administration.

1. That picture deserves a caption
"I can't believe these dumbass americans prefer this idiot. If this is what they want in their country then fuck it if our country goes to hell in a handbasket"

Although if I had to sit and listen to Bush talk I would be in pain too. :puke:

24. Yeah really
He looks like he needs a hug. I think the only way to keep the dems doing stuff is if they are annoyed. So good news. I'm glad Kerry isn't smiling and all happy. That would've made me sad. Good to see him annoyed. :) I bet he's thinking "how can people eat up this crap?"

He looks like someone who has to hold up, sorta like at a funeral.

4. Great picture
Although it eerily reminds me of the "indignant" face Shrub kept making at Kerry when JK kept smacking down his idiocy during the first debate in October. 'course it actually looks intelligent when Kerry makes it, unlike when the deranged chimp made it.

8. That struck me, too.
But I think it's only because I know that's how every freeper I know will interpret it, and I just don't...want...to...hear...it. I hope he's thinking, "You're going down, Weasel!"

the State of Delusion and after seeing that picture I know I did not miss a thing. His expression tells me everything I needed to know and it saved me from screaming my ass off at the television. I love it.

9. I love it...poor Kerry, looks like he's about to lose his dinner!
I taped the nightmare, but haven't watched it yet. Why did I tape it? So that when * says that he never said something, I'll have the proof (at least for myself) that he did indeed say whatever he's attempting to deny. I taped on C-Span so I could get the dem response too. I guess I know what I'll be watching tomorrow...the final day home recovering from bronchitis before I have to go back to work.

23. He's covering his arse.
A junior senator, and one so glamrous? He thinks he needs to lay low and learn the ropes a bit more so he can help us later in his career, which is probably wise inside the beltway. He doesn't look happy standing there.
