how yummy artichokes are.

Cut off the stem. Rinse. Put in ceramic bowl with mayve a 1/4 cup water, cover with waxed paper or plastic wrap and nuke 5 minutes.

You eat the soft insides of the leaves till you get down to the fuzzy part. Remove that very carefully with a spoon, eat the meaty party underneath the fuzz.... and .. ecstasy
