Who needs a Garlic Press?
I bought one ($16) at Williams Sonoma on Sunday, brought it home, opened the drawer, and noticed I already HAD one from WS. Alzheimers Alert...

BTW, it is SO MUCH FUN pressing garlic. Good Lord I'm getting old.

3. I prefer just using a heavy bladed chef's knife
It's quick and easy, albeit with the added risk of losing a finger.
