19. Latkes, or potato pancakes

Hand grind 6 large white potatos, one large onion and mix with 4 eggs, table spoon of lemon juice, table spoon of pepper and teaspoon of baking powder 2 cups flour. Let stand for 15 minutes. Laddle into Crisco (preferably cast iron pan) enjoy while hot. Enough for about 12 BIG pancakes.

My Dad taught me when I was a kid. He never got to eat mine.
