I remember that as well and told a co-worker this week
that the pilot was on Love American Style and she did not believe me....I hope she's watching tonight.

I liked the show in the early years but after a few years it got stupid or I got older....

3. He jumped the barrels - you think you'll show jumping the shark?
Edited on Thu Feb-03-05 08:20 PM by Rabrrrrrr
And make reference to the cultural meme that is now "jumping the shark"?

5. I read a little blip somewhere today that he was actually going to jump a
shark in a little nod to the catch phrase. Henry Winkler was roughly quoted as saying "I'm probably the only person on television to jump the shark twice" or something to that effect.

7. LOL! That's great!
This show has been pretty fun. I've seen any of the shows since they were on the air. I don't know that I've ever caught one in rerun.

We used to watch it religiously as a family.

And Potsy still looks so much like Potsy! he's aged, but he's still boyish.

it's too bad that Ron "I suck as a director" Howard won't just give in to fate and admit that he's bald as hell and cut his damn hair and go totally bald. He looks like an idiot with the damn hat on all the time.

He was a pretty good interview and when they were done Howard said good things about him.

I'm leading a sheltered life. :-) Edit. Never mind. I found it on urban dictionary.

10. Certainly not.
I'm saving all my enthusiasm for the Bosley/Ross cameos as hot dog vendors in the HAPPY DAYS movie, which will star Ben Affleck...and Tom Cruise as Fonzie.

Seriously, I am not that curious as to how that mediocre cast has aged, and somehow I just know it's gonna be crap. Especially if it's all clips.
