Man Arrested For 13 Speeding Violations Over 96-Day Span
<snip>

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Someone tell this man there's a camera waiting to take his picture as he speeds by.

Craig Clodfelter of Cave Creek, Arizona, has been cited for zooming past the same photo enforcement site 13 times in 96 days. Each time, he was going more than 11 miles over the 45 mile-per-hour speed limit. He was even cited twice in the same day.

Each citation costs $157. In addition, Clodfelter has been driving on a suspended license.

Scottsdale police say the violations occurred at the city's top location for photo enforcement citations.

Clodfelter is now in jail, because he has ignored every citation.

3. OK, so no witnesses and no cops...
saw him do this alleged crime. How can he be arrested? I don't get it.

BTW, I got to play around with a Blazer the local county had that had photo radar. It would often track the wrong car since the radar picks-up with strongest return signal. For example, you could have a Civic going 10 MPH close to the camera with a semi just over a hill about a 100 feet away that's doing 55 MPH. The machine thought the Civic was going 55 MPH and took a picture. Those things are complete crap.
